The Franciscan Studies section of our website features papers written by Fr. Noel Muscat OFM concerning themes linked to Saint Francis and his movement, in the fields of Franciscan theology, spirituality, history and culture. They can be freely downloaded from this site. The papers can be useful for the formation of Franciscan religious men and women, as well as for Secular Franciscans and for all those who are interested in Saint Francis and his message. Franciscan texts – more 
This section features translations of Franciscan texts by Noel Muscat OFM, particularly of those texts still awaiting official translation and publication. There are also other texts taken from existing publications, which are not easily available.
Franciscan notes – more 
This section includes notes given by Noel Muscat OFM to the students who follow his lectures. The notes originally formed part of a cyber-course in Franciscan Studies, which was posted on the Maltese Franciscan Province web-site in 1996. This section contains material related to the Writings of Saint Francis and the Sources for the life of Saint Francis of Assisi
Franciscan Review «Spirtu u Ħajja» – more 
Since April 1986 Noel Muscat has been the editor of a quarterly review of Franciscan culture, entitled «Spirtu u Ħajja» (Spirit and Life), published by the Maltese Franciscan Province. The Review is now available on line at this site, and can be downloaded and printed. Articles are mostly in Maltese, but one can also find articles in English.
